DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY REGION

 

To ensure our premium pure water is kept in good conditions at all times, we deliver it directly to you from our warehouse with our delivery vans and drivers. We reserve the right to change our delivery regions at any given time without notice.

 

Currently we deliver to almost all of the Sydney metropolitan area, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle regions.

We will soon open in Melbourne and Brisbane and will advise when that happens.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

Generally, your online order will arrive between 2 – 5 business days and between 9am & 5pm.

Please note that shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. There may be slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather or due to other traffic delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our control.
Please note that due to certain circumstances deliveries will sometimes be split into two or more deliveries with units/cases arriving a day or so after your first delivery, we would normally email you beforehand or immediately afterwards depending on the circumstance being known prior or if the circumstance occurred without notice.

WHAT IF I’M NOT AT HOME

Our drivers will deem what is a safe place to leave your order, our driver will leave it without the need for a signature, they will knock on the door or press your doorbell once and leave. If there is deemed no safe place to leave your order, our driver will take it back to our warehouse. If this is the case, the driver will leave a note with details in your letterbox.

 

DIFFICULT OR DANGEROUS DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We care about our customers and our business, so we reserve the right to refuse to deliver to any location due to any reason that our drivers deem is dangerous or risky to them, others, our property, our vehicle, someone’s property or vehicle etc.

Steep inclines, steep descents, stairs, vegetation, pets, long driveways, slippery conditions, any unsafe appearing areas, certain gates etc. are just a few of many conditions or situations that will be rejected for delivery to your front door area or at all.

We will not deliver to a residential clients address where our driver has to pay for parking, park illegally or where they are at anytime out of the line of sight of our parked delivery van.

 

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty, damaged, or incorrect we’ll happily refund or replace your order, just email  water@earthgold.com.au. Please note we don't offer a return for change of mind.
